This length of twine is handmade from upcycled sarees and comes in a glorious assortment of patterns and colours.

Adaptable for so many projects for craft, schools and the home.

The twine is first made cutting upcycled saris into 15mm strips of cloth. The artisan them tightly twists a single strip of the sari fabric to make a very strong, colourful and pliable length of twine. 

It's time consuming but the end product is a fine one-of-a-kind length of upcycled sari twine.

Our Fair Trade artisans are located in Bangladesh. The women who work for our enterprises generate additional income to support their families.
